I have used Universal Aviation at Milan for years because I am confident that they will go above and beyond what is required of them. During a snowstorm in England that caused us to divert and left our Italy corporate office unable to locate us, the staff went the extra mile to keep our corporate office informed of our status. I also find them particularly convenient, as they are able to coordinate services in all of Italy, including difficult issues like parking in Naples.
